Day 21 introduces us to a Portuguese red blend. Using the grapes of Aragonez, Castelao and Alicante Bouchet we get a brief introduction to Portuguese wine growing and blending styles. Often Portuguese wines are field blends and some of the best are made into Port. Anybody want to watch an episode on styles of Port?
