Recipe:
King Oyster Mushrooms – 3 per person (for a large dish)
Vegan Butter – 100 Grams
Olive Oil – Enough to shallow fry
Parsley – 1 handful chopped
Shallots – 2 finely chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves finely chopped
Bay Leaf – 1
Nori – half a sheet finely shredded
Coarse sea salt – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Dry Thyme – half a teaspoon
Dry Rosemary – Half a teaspoon
White wine – 1 shot
