I, 5 Bite Granny. will help you know what to order, what and when to interject into the conversation, and even when to eat your five bites, without tipping your hand that you are dieting.
Your introductory conversation will be your saving grace… if you follow my advice in the video. If you eat it all too fast, before others have hardly begun, you will appear to be starving or a pig, and no one wants that.

Each step you take while following these 3 lists will ease you and your company when it comes to your portion controlled intake, attitude, and ease of implementation.

List 1. There are 10 things you can order in restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops with your friends or family to stay on your 5 Bite Diet.

Remember Your Introductory Conversation is: to inform them all that you have eaten before coming and that you are expecting to eat again after you leave. It is not a lie, you did not say how long before or after each time you ate… so… you next tell them you will only be ordering a ‘nibble’ for now:
½ a sandwich and a salad
A cup of soup
A muffin
A slice of pie
One taco (no rice or beans)
Chicken nuggets or strips (no fries or chips)
A corn dog (no fries or chips)
A hot dog (no fries or chips)
A cinnamon roll
1 scoop of ice cream
Side note… the rest of your daily 5 Bite Diet meals should include and be balanced with protein, carbs, and veggies.

List 2. What to talk about with each bite, kind of depends on how long it takes a topic to run its course, of course. Always present your first question to the person with the least to eat, compared to yourself:
1st bite -F – Food – 5 Bite Diet / Explained w successes or foods you and others hate or love
2nd bite – S- Second Hand / Stores and shopping
3rd bite – T- Third Wheel – Relationships with everyone
4th bite – F- Fore/ Four –Sports or games
5th bite – F- Jackson Five – Music, genre, singers, musicians

List 3: When to take each important bite:
Take your ‘first bite’ when the ‘slowest eater’ takes their first bite.
Take your ‘third bite’ when the ‘fastest eater’ has eaten ½ of their food.
Take your ‘last bite’ after one or two others have eaten their ‘last bites’.

These tips also work when sitting at your dining-room table with family to practice on, in the lunch room with co-workers, or any place where you eat with others… even if you bring your own 5 bites of food.

I tested out the entire ‘program’ on Grampa… it took him 7 different meals before asking me why ‘all of a sudden’ I was interested in what he thought of all of those topics… and was pleased that I was taking more of an interest… Love my man!!!!

I decided, seeings as how we ‘5 Bite Dieters’ never count calories or worry ‘too much’ about the nutritional values in the food we eat in our 5 Bites, (and we never saw them in in cookbooks of the 1950’s, I will not include them in our recipes. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!
