Medium heat 30 mins
1/8 Tsp Saffron
2 Tbsp hot Water
1 Tsp Salt
120g Cornstarch
120g Mozzarella
Vegetable Oil
Medium heat 15 mins
Medium heat 10 mins
Medium heat 5 mins
20g Butter
1/2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 cup (120 ml) Milk
