Vin Chaud for Christmas (French Mulled Wine)

Ingredients
[2 glasses of Vin Chaud]
– Half a bottle of wine (300ml)
– Lemon (1 pc)
– Apple (0.5)
– Sugar (60g)
– Ginger (4 pieces)
– Cinnamon (1 stick)
– Cloves (3pcs)
– Honey (1 ts)

Directions
1. Sterilize lemons with baking soda and vinegar and cut them into 0.5cm pieces and remove the seeds.
2. Cut the apples into 0.5cm thick slices.
3. Peel the ginger and cut it into 0.5cm pieces.
4. Put all the ingredients in a pot, mix well and turn on the fire
5. When the wine starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and boil for 5 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and leave it for more than 30 minutes to complete
* Add warm water according to your taste.
