Chef Angie Mar, formerly head chef and owner of The Beatrix Inn, has struck again. This time through a Haute French concept called “Les Trois Chevaux” located a few doors down from where The Beatrix Inn used to be (it closed during the pandemic). With a blazer on (fortunately it did not require buttoning as that would be tight and uncomfortable, even before the meal), I set out to try its 3 course menu and for research purpose, ordered the add on dish which was the overly decadent croissant with a price tag of USD225.
