Day 7 of this Wine Advent-ure takes us to the Italian region of the Veneto. Specifically, the Della Venezie region of Italy for a DOC (Denomination di Origine Controllata) Pinot Grigio. Pinot Grigio is a perennial favorite because it’s just so darned drinkable. Let’s see if this tiny bottle lives up to that reputation.
We put this bottle through its paces on the tasting chart and come up with a score. Join me, David Devere, Minnesota’s first licensed wine educator, as we open a bottle from this clever advent calendar each day from December 1st to 24th. While I’m not expecting the best wines in the world it does give me an opportunity to teach you about wine appreciation while having fun growing a wine community here on Youtube. Cheers!
