Beaujolais Nouveau is a very special release of this French wine that occurs each year on the third Thursday of November. This is a bright, fruity red wine made from the Gamay grape that is harvested, pressed, fermented and bottled for release in 6 to 8 weeks. This one comes from the vineyards of Georges Duboeuf.
