Yes, I spent $15,000 on food in one day. But before you judge, wait until you see what three star dining looks like. In just a day, I ate breakfast at a one Michelin star restaurant, lunch at a two star, and dinner at a three star. Even getting a reservation at a Michelin star restaurant is difficult, let alone actually dining and stomaching the often steep price of the meal.
I want to give a massive thanks to the three restaurants and their amazing teams for allowing us to document the experience and even venture into their sacred kitchens. Those of you watching should consider yourselves lucky, too. Seeing behind-the-scenes in such high-end kitchens is something truly special.
