ANGRY French fishermen this Friday are triggering their dastardly PROTEST plan to block ferry traffic into three Channel ports and the movement of goods through the tunnel.. The channel tunnel… Oh dear in protest over post-Brexit fishing rights shutting down imports to the UK. Sop, Get that popcorn popping it’s time to see what extremes this French protest will take.. Be warned it won’t be just the haulage destined for the UK… NO.. It will cause such a backlog of lorries….and getting anything through will be more luck than judgement…

The plan is that the fishermen intend to take action at Saint-Malo in the morning, Calais around midday and Ouistreham in the afternoon, with the blockade of the A16 – which will be targeted at lorries trying to enter the chunnel – scheduled for between 2pm and 4pm.
But today I had to tickle when the BBC decided to make a report that UK Toy Shops shelves were full and the Hauliers were on track… using an inaccurate model akin to running a poll and asking just three people!!! Go Figure it’s as if they knew what was afoot this Friday…OHHH maybe

French national fisheries committee (CNPMEM) chairman Gerard Romiti said as well as freight traffic into the Channel Tunnel for several hours.
The months-long dispute between Britain and France over the number of licences handed to French vessels remains unresolved and has threatened to turn into a full-scale trade war.
“We don’t want handouts, we just want our fricking licenses as promised,” they said. “The UK must abide by the post-Brexit deal. Too many fishermen are still in the dark.”
“We have been waiting with bated breath for 11 months. The patience of professionals has limits. We hope this warning shot will be heard,” if not expect further actions in the run-up to Christmas…
I think there’s little hope that Alexander Boris de pfeffel Johnson’s government will back down with France since the UK and its corrupt media will pull out the stops so the blame points directly at France…
