Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you had a wonderful holiday however you chose to spend it. We had some family over to celebrate and some who couldn’t make it this year but no matter we made enough food for anyone that showed up to take some home and enjoy leftovers, after all that’s the best part of making a big Thanksgiving dinner. In this video I’m sharing some of our famiy favorites.

1. Green Bean and Sausage Casserole
2. Mom Kauffman’s Pecan Pie
*Peanut Butter Pie
(Rachel’s Family Table)
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 8 oz carton whipped topping, thawed
3/4 C powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
Chocolate chips to sprinkle or chocolate sauce to drizzle
1 premade graham cracker or Oreo crust
Mix all except choclolate chips until smooth, pour into pie crust and top with chocolate chips. Chill in refrigerator 2-3 hours before serving.
