With no stairs or ladders, this design is ideal for those who simply prefer a single-story home or are unable to comfortably use the loft space in our other builds. The high 2700 ceilings provide a spacious, contemporary design, a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen/dining with room for our custom fold out sofa bed!
Ask us about our CONSENTABLE Kowhai which leaves our factory with Council Code of Compliance. You can then either keep it on it’s trailer as a THOW (Tiny House on Wheels), or apply for site specific consent eg. foundations and connections on your land, allowing you to have a fully consented build THOF (Tiny House on Foundations), secure normal bank lending, access Kiwi Saver and standard house insurance.
