Duchess potatoes is a French recipe and are precious way of serving
mashed potatoes. They have been piped in decorative swirls, formed into
individual portions, painted with butter, and browned in the oven.
They are crispy on the outer side and to add in some tangy spice, I have
stuffed with Achari Paneer. Achar means pickles, I have used pickle spices
powder.
Ingredients:
500 gms Potatoes
2 tbsp. Achar masala. This are ready available in any Indian store .
300 gms. Paneer
30 gms Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
30 gms Butter that is soften
