Bread slices – slightly thicker in size
Milk- 1/4 cup ( quarter )
eggs -2
cinnamon powder-1 tsp
sugar – 2 Tbsp ( powdered/ granulated)
vanilla essence-1 tsp
nutmeg -1/2 tsp
butter – as required
METHOD

Beat eggs in a shallow dish
mix in all the remaining ingredients except the slices
preheat a pan , dunk the bread slice in egg mixture and fry until golden brown in both sides
serve with maple syrup or honey
