An exclusive wine dinner featuring wines from Château Palmer was hosted at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila’s last January 20th at the hotel’s helipad.
A privileged few was able to enjoy a 5-course French dinner prepared by Sofitel Manila’s newly appointed Executive Chef, Denis Vecchiato. The exquisite menu was showcased with a pairing of 5 different Chateau Palmer wines that have incredible complexity and incomparable charm.
Chateau Palmer is the top estate of the Margaux appellation after Chateau Margaux with over two centuries of history. Palmer is a third classified growth in the appellation in the Bordeaux region of France.
