Here’s what you’ll need for 8 rolls:
115g Cream Cheese, softened
35g Icing Sugar
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
8 Slices of fresh bread
1 Large Egg
60ml Milk
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-2 tbsp Butter for the pan
Coating:
3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Maple syrup for serving (optional) 🥰
I got my pumpkin spice mix from Amazon, but you can make your own at home!
