| A vraiment magnifique blend of French grapes that’s developed into a full-bodied, pale yellow wine with subtle golden hints. The gravel/clay, free-draining soils of the Fontenille vineyards and the high winds that keep the grapes healthy contribute to some of the purest wines that Bordeaux can produce. It has distinct aromas of citrus fruits and white peaches and is nicely balanced on the palate with zippy lemon flavours, plus moreish white peppery notes and a lingering finish. Terrific.
Goes well with: Excellent companion to shellfish dishes or a fresh Nicoise salad.
