Simply dip the bread in the egg mixture, coat with some cornflakes or rice puffs, grill then roll in a cinnamon mixture!

Ingredients:
1 loaf pumpkin bread, trimmed and sliced into rectangular pieces
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups cornflakes or rice puffs
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp ground cinnamon

To serve:
Maple syrup or chocolate sauce

0:08 Crush cornflakes or rice puffs in a bag, pour into a bowl and, set aside.
0:26 Combine granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of ground cinnamon. Set aside.
