My homemade French Onion soup recipe is delightful!! It’s rich in flavor, and chock full of onions and beef broth. But……. It’s not a quick fix. If you’re looking for a soup that you can throw together in a few minutes, French Onion is NOT the soup for you. It takes time to caramelize the onion properly and many people do not have the time to devote to the cooking process.
