ingredients
80 gm Egg White
75 gm Fine Sugar (caster sugar)
95 gm Fine Almond powder
85 gm Icing Sugar
Bake at 280 ℉ or 137 ℃ for 15 minutes and dry for another 5-10 minutes after turning the oven off.
