How to make Apple Pie French Toast Roll Ups! A super fun sharing treat!

I think these might be my favourite French toast rolls I’ve made! But I do LOVE apple pie 🤤
The apples are super juicy, soft and coated in sugar and cinnamon 🙌
The rolls are then soaked in egg mix, toasted in butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar! This is just the perfect Autumn breakfast (or dessert) 😋

All you need is👇
Apple filling:
1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced (or 2 small/medium apples)
1 tsp water
15g granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
French toast:
6 slices of soft bread
2 large eggs
60ml milk
1 tsp vanilla
Coating:
50g granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Makes 6 rolls
