It’s Monday, which means we need something that is going to make us forget the workweek just started. So I give you Philly Cheesesteak Soup! To make it better I put it in a bread bowl =) I mean it has been a bit rainy for me so that made this one even better. So throw down make this cool little fall comfort food I know you will love it. Makes: 4 Servings
4 Round Bread Loaves
2 lbs. Roast Beef, Thinly Sliced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Onions, Chopped
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
1 lb. Cremini Mushrooms, Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 Cup Red Wine
4 Cups Beef Broth
1 (10.5 oz.) Can French Onion Soup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
4 Provolone Cheese Slices
