Ingredients:
125ml milk
2 eggs
2 tsp sugar
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
4-6 slices toast
some butter
Instructions:
1. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt together until everything is well combined.
2. Dunk the bread in the egg mixture and let soak from both sides.
3. Heat up a pan with some butter to medium heat. Add the toast and cook from both sides until brown. Serve hot with some maple syrup or honey.
