Disney’s Contemporary Resort has been piling on the changes lately — from reimagined Incredibles-themed rooms to all-new dining experiences. But with those changes came a little heartbreak. The team and I were sad to hear that the Contemporary’s table service restaurant, The Wave… of American Flavors, was closing up shop. BUT we were also intrigued by the promise of a brand new, casual dining table service restaurant — Steakhouse 71.
