One of my very favorite restaurants!
Chef Kotaro Meguro is one of the most talented chefs that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His cuisine is very creative and to me, he is so much more than a chef. His cooking is pure genius. It is rare to find someone who elevates ingredients with so much precision and thinks of such harmonious flavors and textures combinations.
I have seen his talent improve by the years and I am pretty sure that an exceptional future lies ahead of him!
