Ingredients for 4 persons:
1 Reblochon cheese (500 gr.)
400 gr. macaroni-like pasta (like Cavatappi from De Cecco) (or use the traditional pasta made with buckwheat flour, but it might be difficult to find).
250 gr. bacon, diced
2 small onions, chopped finely
1-2 leeks, chopped finely
500 gr. champignons, i skiver
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 glass good, dry white wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 large tbsp. crème fraîche (18% fat)
salt & pepper
thyme for serving
