Today I will be showing you how to make this easy one Pan French onion stuffed chicken breast. This juicy chicken breast stuffed with carmelized onions and a mixture of mozzarella and Parmesan melted cheese is perfect for any French onion soup lover.

3 large chicken breast

Seasoning for chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp accent seasoning
1 tsp old bay
2 tsp herbs de Provence
2 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
2 tsp onion powder

Carmelized onions
3 large onions
1/4 cup beef broth
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
5 tbsp butter

Stuffing
Carmelized onions
1/2cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp garlic basil paste

Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side. Then add remaining carmelized onions to baking dish with 1 cup of beef broth and add stuffed chicken on top. Then bake on 350 for 30 minutes
