❣️Everyone can make an omelette. But the difference between an everyday omelette and a luxurious omelette lies in some simple ingredients.

Today I will show you my best recipe for a great omelette that tastes even better than in 5star hotels.

📌 Ingredients:
❣️ 4 free-range eggs (why waste our time to make a great omelette if we use cheap eggs)
❣️ Riesling wine (I love Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Spätlese wine because it tastes great on its own and adds superior flavor to your omelette). 3 Tablespoons
❣️ 4 Mushrooms
❣️ 1 Spring onions
❣️ 5 slices of Polish sausage (smokey flavour is amazing)
❣️ Salt
❣️ Pepper

📌 Cooking steps:
– Crack your eggs. Add the salt and pepper. Then add the wine. Beat the eggs.
– Cut your mushrooms, spring onion and sausage, in small pieces.
– Heat up a pan and add enough olive oil to tin the whole pan. Add the mushrooms and let them reduce in size and gain color.
– After that add the spring onion and the slices of sausage. Stir well, then remove the pan from the fire for 2/3 minutes. We do that to avoid having the egg cooking too fast and sticking at the bottom.
– Add some more oil, then put the pan back on the fire and reduce the fire.
– Pour the eggs and make sure you stir to have most of the egg liquid cooked. We are not going to dry the eggs though.
– Start folding from an upward position toward the bottom. Then put on a plate.
– You can add some cashew nuts.
For the first bites eat the eggs on their own. That way you will enjoy the full flavour. For the remaining, you can use some french baguette. I love this breakfast on weekend with some homebrewed coffee.
