Quentin Heller is not afraid to try new ideas and push boundaries. He is rebellious in the sense that he likes to go against the flow in his search for the good, fun, and interesting taste in his wines. “A wise woman who was more my mentor than my boss once told me I should tear a piece of paper in two. Then I had to put what I did not want to do on one piece and what I wanted on the other, ”he says.

Six months later, he moved to Angers, where he took a Master of Viticulture and Oenology. Not only did he come from there with a diploma in hand, but he also met his wife and life partner, Agnès. The two then worked for a few years in the wine industry; they settled in the Rhone Valley and, in 2018 inspired Agnés Quentin to take a big professional step and go solo. Together with a number of passionate and curious winemakers, he developed a free space where there is room to explore new and freeways of making wine.
