How to make Super Crispy French Fries at home

– 700g potatoes
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then strain.
– Water
– 1tsp Salt
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, then strain.
set aside, let it cool down.
– 2Tbsp Corn Starch
Mix It Well
– Vegetable oil
about 165-170 C, get in the potatoes.
Medium Heat 5 min, then take it off.
Rest for 15-20 min.
– Repeat the process, but this time the oil is on 175 C.
Take off when the potatoes turn into golden brown.

Cheese sauce:
On low-medium heat, turn in
– 20g Butter
– 5g Flour
– 120ml Milk
– 90g Cheddar Cheese
– 1/4tsp Nutmeg
– 1/4tsp Salt
– 10g Sugar
Mix until get the thick consistency
