シンガポールのハジレーン付近にあるPrince Coffee Houseへようこそ。こちらは1977年オープンの老舗で、今ではレアになりつつある「シンガポールの洋食」を提供しているお店です。現地ではHainanese Western（ハイナニーズ・ウェスタン）と呼びます。1900年代なかば、当時の中国・海南省の移民たちがイギリス人に振る舞った洋食です。海南人が作っているため、完璧な洋食ではなく、中華っぽい側面もあるのが特徴。どんなグルメがあるのでしょうか？本日はこの歴史的なお店で生配信します！
