Nutella French Toast
brioche bread
nutella
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c whole milk
1 tbsp unsalted butter
non stick spray
toppings
powdered sugar
syrup
In a medium bowl combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and milk and mix together. Take 2 slices of brioche bread and spread nutella on one slice then put other slice on top. Dip bread in the egg mixture and coat on all sides. Heat a pan with non stick spray and melt unsalted butter. Add coated bread to pan and cook for 4-5 mins on both sides until golden brown. Serve warm and top with powdered sugar and syrup.
