Hello everyone and welcome back! In today’s video I am going to be trying and cooking three different recipes that come form the department 01 in France: the Ain. The aim with this video is to teach you some very easy and deliciuse recipes and to share some of France’s cusine. The entrance I’ll be cooking is a fondue au Comté, the main a Bressanette and the dessert a galette de Pérouges.

Entrance

Ingredients for the fondue au Comté:
for 2 people
-300g of Comté 10 months (you can use whicever you manage to find)
– 25cl of white Chardonnay
– 1 garlic clove
– nutmeg
– Bread (baguette style)

Ingredients for the Bressanette:
for 4 people
-20g of butter (to cook the onions)
-300g of onion
– 200g of bacon
– 600g of potatoes
– 500g of crème fraîche
– 2 Bresse Bleu (200g each)

Ingredients for the galette:
for 8 people
-300g of flour
-2 eggs
– 20g of brewer’s yeast or baker’s yeast.
– 30g of sugar
– packet of vanilla sugar
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 1 tablespoon of orange blossom extraxt (add more or less depending on how strong it is and how much you like it)
