New recipe with French Tomatoes :
1/ Cut the tomatoes into slices. Arrange them in an oven dish.
2/ Cut the slices of bread into small pieces and add them to the dish.
3/ Coarsely crumble the Tomme de ewe on top.
4/ Add the olives and rosemary. Add salt and pepper.
5/ Drizzle generously with olive oil and add the pine nuts.
6/ Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C
