Wine Tasting in Paso at L’Aventure Winery was a highlight of our 5 day, 15 winery trip. This was dat #2, winery #1 at 10am in the morning. Yeah, we know, it’s a little early to be drinking wine 😉
Beatrice and Stephen Asseo are the owners of this amazing winery. Stephen is an old school wine maker from France who came to the states to love out his dream of making wine they way he wanted to make it without any restrictions placed upon him by the French government.
You can tell the moment you taste him wine, that you are experiencing something special for sure!
This is a fairly long videos but Ray, our wine host and resident wine expert, walks us through the history of L’Aventure, talks about the winemaker Stephen Asseo, the process of making wine and gives us some other tips about the Paso Robles region and other wineries in the area.
