The Michelin restaurant review prefers French and Japanese. And you know what? How can you blame them? French food is like the best ever. Yea it’s expensive everywhere all over the world but damn it’s so damn good with a bottle of wine. If Vietnamese food is hangover food, French food is drinking food paired with wine and followed by a couple dry gin Martinis. I’m in heaven. I’m in Saigon. I’m at a French bistro. I’m having wine. This wine and ambiance will get your girlfriend ready to love you that night. This is Ho Chi Minh City. This is Vietnam. I had the pate and cured meat platter. I had a meal before so I couldn’t eat much more so I got a simple dished shared between the five of us.
