After winning the world’s best sandwich 2012 in Paris, Chef Darren came home to Malaysia to share with us the taste of his winning sandwich. He and his friend prepared a one night gala dinner at the Le Cordon Bleu kitchen at the University of Sunway, giving us a little taste of French cooking.
