Instructions:
First you will need bread. I used plain and a bit stale bread, but i suggest using briosche. We will make a simple custard. First whisk one egg. Then pour in one third of a cup of milk. Add in eighth of a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and one eight of a teaspoon of freshly ground nutmeg. Lastly add half a teaspoon of vanilla extractor a bit less than a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
Now get a skillet and toast for 5 minutes on each side with some butter in the pan.

Recipe:
3 thick slices bread
1 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt to taste
