This recipe is only 2sp if you are on WW!!! Low fat, high protein option, easy and fast to prepare and of course delicious!!!
Ingredients:
1 or more large or extra large egg
1/2 cup or more egg whites
1/4 cup or more milk ( any kind )
2tbs or lemon juice and rind
2 Slices of any low fat bread ( I use Betty Bread Light) #lowcarbgrocerystore
1 tsp or more vanilla
Sprinkle or more of Pink Himalayan salt
Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
Directions :
Heat your oven on a medium /high setting
Use a medium skillet or large skillet
Spray skillet well with choice of spray
In a medium bowl add egg and egg whites , milk, lemon juice and rind, salt, vanilla and cinnamon and whisk well
Add one slice of bread at a time to egg mixture and dunk on both sides a few times.
Then add to skillet
Add the rest of egg mixture
Keep your eye on it and lift egg mixture to cook well
Lift toast to see if it’s brown
Once brown flip over with your spatula
Add to your plate when cooked and add more lemon zest on top

Fruit ( any kind)
Veggies
Light whip cream
Ultra light cool whip
Nuts
Sugar free syrup or regular syrup
