Bonsoir à tous! 🇫🇷 What a trés chic evening! 🤩 We were joined by the lovely Robert de Koning (our wine expert at #wijnwinkelwyck 🍷) LIVE from his Château in La Douce France! 🇫🇷
Robert told us about Kir au Vin Blanc and Cremant de Bourgogne 💗 (both drinkies looked so amazing our Jo and Tracey were almost heading to Burgundy 😃 😉
Robert @robert.dekoning is busy visiting vineyards in the area while on holiday and come mid-August, his shop in Maastricht will be open again and offering some of those (French) wines!
And if that weren’t enough, Robert will also be participating in @hetwijnfestijn which takes place in Maastricht from 27-29 August 🍷🍷🍷
(rumour has it that some members of team TME will be in attendance! Be sure to pop by and say hello.. and cheers! 🥂✨ 😉
For the rest, it was still “just the girls” tonight (our Matt is still on hols) but we still had our usual segments of “This Day in History” from our Jo Jo Stephenson] , the news with our Tracey and “Matt” Goes Dutch 😁
We also spoke about national lipstick day 💋 and international tiger day 🐯 (@littletubbs_thecat also made an appearance! 🐱)
Our Tracey @traceytaylor_nl told us about her fab lunch at @brothbar_maastricht 😋 and the clean-up event being arranged by @maascleanup on August 14th 🌍
