Gratin is a delicious super creamy recipe which is a perfect blend of veggies and cheese. This recipe is super easy and very tasty. Its a must try!!

Ingredients:

Boiled vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, patato, corn, capsicum) – 2.5 cups
Milk – 2 cups
Butter – 20 grams
Maida/All purpose flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Paneer – 1/2 cup (mashed)
Cheese – 3/4 cup (grated)

Steps:

1. Dissolve 20 grams butter in a pan and add maida, stir continuously for 2 minutes.
2. Then slowly add 2 cups of milk and stir it continuously to avoid lumps. Don’t worry, in case lumps are formed, mix the milk with maida and seive it.
3. Continue to stir the milk for about 2 minutes, blending the butter, milk and maida together.
4. Add 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1tbsp chilli flakes and 1 tsp black pepper, mix it well.
5. Add the boiled vegetables to the mix and mix them well to coat the vegetables properly.
6. Add 1/2 cup mashed paneer and mix it.
7. Let the whole thing simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven for about 5-7 minutes at 150 degree celcius.
9. Switch off the flame and pour the mixture in an oven safe container. 10. Add 3/4 cups of grated cheese after putting it in a container.
11. Bake it for 7-10 minutes at 160 degree Celsius until the cheese is golden brown.
12. Take the container out once the gratin is done.
Gratin is now ready.
