Hillside Harvest is co-fermented from grapes grown on our very own hillside and apples from the Ski Hi bluffs. This refreshing wine is a celebration of the each season’s harvest. Now available at the winery, Ski Hi, and around Wisconsin.
Ski Hi Rye is our Round Top Rye recipe aged for two years before being proofed to 35% with Ski Hi’s famous cider. Available at Ski Hi.
Au Pomme is a Wisconsin Apple Wine made in the style of French Pommeau. Made with apple cider from Ski Hi and apple brandy distilled at Wollersheim Distillery. The combination is aged 9 months in barrels before being bottled. Returning this Fall!
