In cherry season, let’s make a French dessert called Cherry Clafoutis
French Cherry Pie is easy to make and tastes amazing.

Ingredients for 6-8 servings

20 oz (600 g) fresh sweet cherries, stemmed and pitted
2 tbsp (30 g) butter, melted
4 eggs
1 cup (240 ml) milk
3/4 cup (100g) flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 0,017 oz (0.5 g) vanillin
powdered sugar for decoration

How to cook Cherry Clafoutis

1 Wash sweet fresh cherries and remove kernels
2 Combine eggs, sugar, salt, flour, vanilla and melted butter until smooth
3 Put the cherries in a single layer in a greased and sugar-sprinkled dish, pour the dough
4 Bake in oven 40-45 minutes at 350F (180C) until golden brown
