Aubert & Mathieu is the story of two best friends who come together to find the purest possible fruit flavour. Based on the unique plots in the area, they make wines with a focus on sustainability and purity in balance.
The two comrades, Jean-Charles Mathieu and Anthony Aubert produce niche wines, where they stick to the traditions while being innovative and playful. They respect traditions, but like to give it a modern twist with nature at the centre of everything they do.
The Terroir wines express the microclimate that the grapes come from. These are excellent representatives of the local appellations in the region, Minervois la Liviniere, Corbieres, Terrasses du Larzac and Cotes du Rousillon Villages Caramany.
