Shrimp Scampi
Shrimp (shelled and deveined)- 1 pound
All Purpose Flour- ½ c.
Garlic Cloves- 5 pc.
Cherry Tomatoes- 5 to 8 pc.
Dry White Wine- ¼ c.
Shrimp Stock (you may use chicken/fish stock or water)- ¼ c.
Juice of 1 Lemon
Paprika- ¼ tsp
Red Chili Pepper Flakes- ¼ tsp
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Unsalted Cold Butter 9 (cut into small cubes)- ½ c.
Chopped Parsley for garnishing
Pair scampi with warm French Baguette
