Mushroom Crostini is a cheesy #15minutesItalianAppetizer. This #CrostiniAlFunghi is made using mushroom, french bread, mozzarella cheese, and fresh cream. You can now make this #Mushroom Crostini with Cookd’s simple recipe and serve it hot. Do try this recipe and share your feedback with us.

Mushroom Crostini Recipe:

French Bread – 1 loaf
Butter – 1 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) – ½ Cup
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Mushroom (sliced) – 200 grams
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – A Pinch
Fresh Cream – 4 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese – ½ Cup

Cooking Instructions:

1. Slice the bread into thin slices and arrange on a tray. Toast it in a preheated oven at 180c until the bread turns slightly crisp, around 5-7 minutes

2.Melt the butter in a pan and add the onion and garlic. When the onion softens, add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Saute until the moisture has evaporated. Allow this mixture to cool.

3. Once it has cooled, add cream and cheese to it. Spread some of the mixture onto each piece of toasted bread.

4. Place in the oven again and bake until the cheese has melted. Serve it as an appetizer, party snack or as a side with wine.
