How to make French Fries Perfect ?
These finger chips are crisp as well as soft from inside and taste too good.
It’s delicious to eat only french fries , but try it better with cheese sauce .

-685g potatoes
-1 tbsp salt
-2 tbsp corn starch
*For Cheese sauce
-20g Butter
-0.5 tbsp flour [ Maida ]
-100 ml Milk
-80g Cheddar Cheese
