This banana tart recipe is easy to make at home and will take less then 20 minutes to prepare. Make sure you buy bananas that are ripe enough and use either good quality frozen shortcrust pastry or the best result make your own.
I have not seen that recipe elsewhere and its not all that common in France neither. this is in fact an old recipe from my childhood I remember trying a few times. Banana lover have to try that recipe!
