These thin and delicate French style crepes are irresistible, buttery and delicious .Though crepes are usually breakfast option, you can make them any time of the day as s dessert. They take little time to prepare and your guests will be impressed. They are really good with a filling of whipped cream and berries.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp melted butter
2 large eggs
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
Butter (To grease the pan)
For the filling
whipped cream
strawberries
To garnish- melted chocolate , Icing sugar
Method
1. Blend all the ingredients together and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes .
2.Heat a pan and brush melted butter. Pour in 1/4 cup of the batter on the pan. Swirl immediately so that the batter spread evenly. Cook for a few minutes until the top appears dry and flip over. Let both the sides turn in to golden brown and cooked evenly.
3.Filling- Use some chopped berries and whipped cream to make the filling. You can have filling of your choice. Fold in the crepe and make a square shape. Finally garnish with melted chocolate and icing sugar. Enjoy with your family and friends!!!!
