Georges Dos Santos is a fabulous connoisseur of fine wines. His expertise stretches from his native Portuguese wines to the very finest of France. We met on an promotion event for the region Rhône-Alpes in Berlin in June 2010. For this event he brought along some unknown wines from the France’s Rhône Valley, which you should put on your radar. I recommend also going to one of his wine bars-shops in Lyon called Antic Wine.Georges just got elected for the Grand Prix ‘Caviste de l’Année 2010’.
